Shipping Delivery

All orders are shipped, from Canada, fully insured, via Canada Post or FedEx. When choosing a shipping option, please allow up to two business days for order processing. For USA and Canada. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the items being shipped and their destination's zone. KnitBrands.com prices are very competitive and you can use our handy shipping calculator tool to find out shipping prices for individual items. The shipping calculator can be found once item is added to shopping cart. KnitBrands.com cannot guarantee delivery date if shipment needs customs clearance (US customers). However, any such delay should not be more than two business day. Please note that KnitBrands.com pays all customs duties for orders shipped to the USA. KnitBrands.com will immediately replace goods damaged during the shipping process at no charge. The customer must contact us at info@email.com or . Since all items are shipped from Canada we are not able to ship to USA P.O. Box. We are sorry for any inconvenience. If the customer is not there to receive a package, Canada Post/FedEx will make 2 attempts or if the area is safe, you can leave a note on your door with your tracking number and signature asking them to leave it at your door. After 2 attempts the package will be returned to us and the customer will be refunded the cost of the item, minus the cost of shipping. These same conditions will apply if a customer refuses a package.

For Alaska, Hawaii
FedEx offers Air shipping only for the above destinations. A surcharge may apply.  The time-frame will depend on which zone the goods are shipped to. KnitBrands.com cannot offer free shipping to these areas.

Order Cancellation
If you'd like to cancel or change a KnitBrands.com order for any reason, please e-mail us at info@email.com and make sure to include your order number or call  as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be canceled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to us according to our 30-day money back return policy.

KnitBrands.com reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.

Returns & Exchange

KnitBrands.com guarantees your satisfaction. Every effort is made to display our items correctly. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the shipment date, provided the product is still in its original packaging with all the packaging material to prevent damage (we will not refund if we receive returns without the original packaging or not packed correctly and damaged). We will refund the full purchase price of the product, excluding shipping costs.

Before returning anything, call customer service for return authorization and details. With return packing slip required and itemized list of items being returned and reason for return. Otherwise we cannot guarantee a refund. Returns must be shipped via insured courier. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. In certain circumstances, a usage or restocking fee may apply.

Damaged Products
Upon receipt of merchandise, should you find a damaged or broken piece, please contact us immediately within 48h of delivery at  or at info@email.com. Do not throw away the products or the packaging, as well as the proof of delivery; should you do so, we will not be able to replace your goods.
